    Jelly Rolled

    May 2, 2009

IMG_8396 I finally bought my first Jelly Roll.  In my favorite fabric line, that is getting hard to come by.  And I had the guts to cut into it last night.  The weather in Seattle has been so nice I haven’t been sewing since we got here, but maybe tonight.  Today we are busy playing with these little guys….. IMG_8445  Aren’t they cute?

I can't wait to see what you are going to do with your jelly roll! It has been gorgeous and we have really been enjoying it, too. Although as I type this it is pouring outside. Hopefully we will see some sun again soon!

Hi, I just did a blog post on you and your quilts. I hope that you don't mind. If so, I can take it down. My blog is pretty new and doesn't have a ton of readership but I can't quit thinking about your quilts. They are beauties.

That was my first jelly roll too, and it took me MONTHS to break the seal. It looked so pretty on my shelf. I made a similar quilt, but haven't finishing quilting it. Thanks for sharing yours. It's encouraging me to get back to mine!
