    Better.

    Jun 16, 2009

IMG_9381-1 This skirt will get more wear than its much brighter counterpart. Again its a tablecloth, one I got for $5 at Kmart and also the same one Vanessa used in her tutorial. ( sorry V, I couldn’t help it) I like this one a lot, it will definitely be a summer staple since it goes just as nicely with a t-shirt and flip flops. IMG_9392 And look what I got at the thrift store today? I’m glad I didn’t pay 20 bucks for it after all. This baby cost me $2 and its good as new. We’ll see how much I use it, I’ve heard you either love ‘um or hate ‘um, and there must be a reason it was at the thrift store in the first place right? We’ll see.

I love the skirt. I've been thinking about trying my hand at some skirts soon. You may have just pushed me to get busy!

Please do let us know if you like your new gadget. I've been eyeing it but have been reluctant, so I'm eager to know what you think!

The handle, is that a special craft one or is it the same thing they use to hold glass? I'd like to get one but have no idea what to look for over here in Holland.

      Thanks!

Lol - good thing you got it for $2 just incase! I have something similar and I always end up using the ruler around it so then I take it off. Go figure. Love, love, love the skirt. So sweet! I need more skirts like that.

okay, I'm going to take the plunge and try one of V's skirts...they just look too cute on you gals. Plus, I'm running out of summer things to wear when I finally decide to fix my hair and look "nice" :)
