    What I’m loving on Monday

    Nov 16, 2009

This bobbin winder.  I bought it for my Mom for her birthday, but I had to try it out first.  Ya know, just to make sure it works. He He.  Its officially on my Christmas list. IMG_1462 Leftover pumpkin caramel swirl cheesecake.  Recipe found here…. but be warned, you’ll eat it all and you’re pants won’t fit the next day. I know from experience. IMG_1466 Afternoon naps.  What would I do without you? IMG_0743-2 Happy Monday Everyone!

Haha I'd have wanted to 'test' it too. That cheesecake looks very dangerous... very glad I don't fancy caramel!

He's so adorable. I love the sidewinder. My machine was so difficult to wind bobbins. This thing is perfect in my option.

I have wondered about those bobbin winders. I didn't want to spend the money to buy one and find it didn't work well.

I have had pumpkin cheesecake and it was one of the greatest dessert experiences of my entire existence. And now there's a recipe for it with CARAMEL???? Oh sweet mother of mercy, I am in trouble.

A friend bought me a sidewinder and I loved it but it quit working shortly after I got it. Save your receipt just in case.

I have the exact same bobbin winder! And I love it! I use it to wind the bobbins for my mid-arm quilting machine since they won't wind on my Husqvarna Viking sewing machine.

There is just something so peaceful about a baby sleeping. My 4 year old baby boy has stopped having his afternoon naps now as otherwise he would still be awake at 10pm. I did enjoy that reprieve in the afternoon.

Cute picture of your napping guy!

Those bobbin winders look great. I don't know why it is so irritating to wind a bobbin in the middle of a project. Really, it only takes a minute or two. I am an impatient person, I guess! :)

I had to hold a cushion between myself and the PC screen as I could feel the calories being emitted from the cheesecake. Just one bite and I would die happy :D

My Mom got me a "side winder" last year for Christmas. LOve it! Something I would never think to buy myself, but it is so handy!! And what a cute napper you have. I have 2 of those in my house as I type...I love this time of day!

Love that picture of your sleeping babe. Just love it.
I could use an afternoon nap myself
PS How do you get him to sleep in the light like that? I often want to open the blinds just so I can take a picture like that but my 3 year old refuses to have too much light for sleeping.
